Extended depth of pits leads to growth of volume and distance of transportation of overburden rocks and ore. This sharply exacerbated the economic problems of field development, which at the present stage of development are especially important. Now Muruntau Navoi MMC (Uzbekistan) pit depth is 600m and promising is estimated to be 1000m that exacerbates economic problems due to transportation of rocks on the long distances. It is obvious that in developing of such career it is the most difficult and problematic to choose an effective mode of transport, which share in the cost of 1m3 of rock mass is more than 50%.

Innovative development of resource-cyclic-flow technology (CCM) and its influence in the deep Muruntau quarry on reducing costs, is presented in Table 1.

Determined ways of further rational development of the internal quarry mining transport links, allows you to move the rock mass in the shortest way related to the reconstruction of deep pit Muruntau based on traditional belt conveyors and steeply inclined conveyor (SIC-270) with a lifting height of 270 meters the ore mass. The complex CCM-ore with SIC-270 was commissioned in March 2011 and from 2013 will take the moving on board of the career to 45% of commercial ore for reload it into railroad dump cars for further transportation to a hydrometallurgical processing plant.

Main technical characteristics of SIC-270 the following: operational performance 14.0 million tonnes / year, the length of SIC (including the inclined part) 960 (483) m lifting height ore mass 270 m, width 2 m Speed conveyor belts 3.15 m / s, the angle of inclination of the conveyor 37 deg., the total length transportation-1285 m capacity hopper CTP - up to 300 tons.

The base of CCM-ore complex is two-tape steeply inclined conveyor "sandwich", linking half stationary crushing Transshipment Point (DPP) located on the rear sight to the slope 450 ... 500 on the mountains. +285 ... +300 m, mounted in a career with located on the surface of warehouse conveyor transporting ore in the mountains. +555 m for intermediate storage or railway dump cars.SIC scheme and its parameters are linked to the profile of the north-eastern board of the quarry and its placement on the surface of the ore warehouse.

From the beginning of operation (from 17 March 2011 to July 31 2011) through complex CCM - ore with SIC-270 shipped about 12.5 million tons of rock. Maximum performance achieved one mln.40 tones / month. During the first half of 2012 emergency equipment downtime complex of CCM-ore is 42.2% including: CTP-37, 3% SIC-2.1%, stacking conveyor SC-3500 - 0.2%, the rocky loader-stacker (RLS-3500) - 2.6%.

Mechanical, electrical, technological and computerized control system downtime are, respectively, -7.0%, 3.0%, 30.7%, 1.5%. This shows that the operation of complex CCM- ore with SIC has substantial reserves, so technological downtime is 30.7% of the working time and work is under way to reduce them. Is the improvement and modernization of the CCM-ore with SIC-270.

Debug the automation software and correct synchronization of the pressure and load-bearing beltwas performed. Organized transport link the northern edge of the horizon to the concentration SIC-270. Organized a buffer stock in the immediate vicinity of the CTP.

To improve the efficiency of the complex CCM-ore, this year organized issuance of excavation working faces north and the south-eastern board career Muruntau on CTP SIC-270 overburden rocks and ore. To eliminate the use of vehicles in the flowsheet unloading rock pile there was realized a scheme overload rock with RLS-3500 in the new dump hopper conveyor and the organization of its delivery directly to dump.

For removal of rock mass from the dump conveyor and moving it to a sailing provides a use movable face conveyors like "Mobolink" in the amount of 3 units. At CTP reconstructed receiving hopper and crashing, installed upgraded screws on the crusher own production. At SIC reconstructed tension load-carrying conveyor belt and assembly overload rock. At RLS-3500 reinforced metal drive station, installed protective and cleaning devices on the end and drive drums.

On RLS-3500 reconstructed overload unit and optimized the design of liners in the bunker. The debug circuits feeding ore KNK-270 dump cars and rail design capacity is planned for the year.

All works connected with the choice of position route for the construction of SIC-270, assessing the sustainability of the board in an area of steeply inclined conveyor, theoretical calculations, rationale and specifications SIC made specialists of the institute "Uzgeorangmetliti" (Uzbekistan), VNIPIPT (Russia), UkrNIIproekta (Ukraine ).

Project of CCM-ore made by the institute "UkrNIIproekt" with the assistance of project institute "Uzgeorangmetliti." Development and manufacturing of main equipment is made by specialists Novokramotorsky JSC Machine-Building Plant (Ukraine). Computer Control ACS established the efforts of companies "Constar" (Ukraine), «SC Krona» (Latvia) and the Institute "UkrNIIproekt."

Commissioning SIC-270 at Muruntau quarry allowed to reduce length of the ore mass transport by road by an average of 3.5 kilometers, the lifting height of 285-320m. As the practice of the application of a complex career Muruntau CCM - ore with SIC-270 makes it possible to improve the performance of dump trucks by 30%, reduce the annual mileage of cars by 30.4%, the number of drivers and repairmen - by 27.2%, the consumption of fuel and lubricants - by 37%.

Thus, for the Navoi Mining the further development of open mining work are connected with the application steeply inclined conveyor in CCM and is virtually the only cost-effective solution in a deep quarry Muruntau.
